Sovol SV01 BLtouch Mount - E3D V6 variant
Description
BLtouch mount works for SV01 and is based off of the SV03 design. It is rotated 90 degrees to allow over 1mm additional height above the nozzle, specifically for my E3D V6 hotend. The mount is very adjustable and I'm confident if you've had strange z-offset issues that this will work with the stock SV01 hotend just fine. *prints upside and with supports* Requires 6 additional hardware: 2x M3x10 bolt 2x M3 nut 4x M3 washer 1. remove existing bltouch, fan and metal shroud around hotend. 2. install the six additiontal pieces of hardware (pictured in red square) 3. take note of the height BELOW the extruder in my photo as a reference (your height might vary because I am using a E3D V6 hotend) 4. reinstall metal shroud, fan and bltouch 5. enjoy a consistent z offset from now on. You may consider printing a bltouch calibration tool to get perfect measurements.
