Solar finder base tight fit for RedCat 51 saddle handle

This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3004127. This is a base for a solar finder with a tight fit for the Williams Optics RedCat 51 Cat Series Saddle Handle Bar. Useful if the solar finder is used in exchange with e.g. a red dot finder for night observations. With the tight fit the finder stays aligned with the main optics.
