Dirtbike Clutch Basket Holder
Description
This print fits between the inner and outer clutch basket on a Honda 2007 CRF 250R Dirtbike. The purpose is to prevent the inner basket from spinning when torqueing down the main lock nut for the clutch basket. You can by a special tool for like $45 bucks or you can try this! That's what I did! It's a tight fit but it prints easily enough. I went with 30% infill but honesty that may be overkill for a 51 lb-ft torque setting. I spent waaayyyy too many CAD hours after work to get the fit just right. If I'm lucky, there is one person out there who will use this.
