Nasa A7L Apollo Spacesuit Tether Attachment Point
Description
This is the hardware for the tether attachment point for the Nasa A7L spacesuit as used on the Apollo 11 mission. The tether attachment points are found on the sides of the waist. In addition to the printed files, you will need two M3 screws (M3x18 or longer). To attach this to your spacesuit costume, make two small rectangular holes in the fabric as seen in the picture and insert the arch from the inside. Then insert the arch and attach with two M3 screws. If the M3 screws do not fit on the first try, clean out the screw holes with a 3 mm drill bit.
