Chocolate mold Santa Claus (with mask, Corona Edition)
Description
This is a remodelling of Santa Claus by sb43201. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2702723 You can make your own Chocolate Santas with this, he even wears a mask to follow Corona rules and brings you desinfection, soap and toiletpaper in his sack. How to make the chocolate Santa: -First you print both halfes in as large as possible for good details on your mold (but as small as its still eatable) -then you vacuum mold some molds from the model (here is a tutorial if you dont know how:) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gx66mS7U2vY&t=210s -heat up chocolate in a water bath to not burn the chocolate -pour the chocolate into the mold (make sure all walls are thick enough to not break when removing) -break the chocolate free from the mold -slightly heat up the rims of each half and put both halfes together (make sure your mold walls are a bit higher then the actual molded Santa half is, so you have a few Millimeters of chocolate wall that does not change in diameter. This way you dont melt away geometry from your model, you would end up with holes that you need to fill up after putting both halfes together otherwhise, as they would both have missing geometry. That was the problem with my molds, I added some extra material depth to the 3D model, so the problem should be solved). et voila, you have a chocolate santa with corona mask. Enjoy and stay healthy
