Hyperpixel 4 screen console for Mk3s (No Prusa Text)

Remixed from madalpaca's thing - I was having issues printing the text, as the small inner portions of the letters just didn't want to stay put on the print bed. Only the console front panel has changed, and only to remove the text. Everything else is exactly the same as the original thing. This is for a Hyperpixel 4, with a raspberry pi3b. Follow the instructions on the original thing regarding assembly and running power to the pi, and for additional parts if you wish to use a PI4 or add an external buck convertor for the 5v supply (I already had a buck converter added inside the PSU shroud, so I didn't need this) My thanks to madalpaca for creating and sharing the original thing.
