They must be printed as proposed with a support for the "hole" of the wine stopper. These brackets are easily removed under Cura (> 70 ° for brackets) For the rider there are two versions. The first is the simple version, the second is the same file with Meshmixer supports for the head. I have never had good results with Cura brackets, so I introduced these Meshmixer brackets. However, you have to leave the Cura supports for the "hole" in the wine stopper. For the feet I opted for two versions. The "light" version without a washer to weight the foot. I find that these pieces are still a bit light so I chose for myself to slip in 32mm x 3mm metal washers for the pieces and 26mm x 3mm for the pawns. These washers guarantee better stability but are not compulsory. I finished with a layer of felt. Otherwise nothing special, definition of 0.20 and supports everywhere. For the chess board I found it on Thingiverse. It is a bit tight, it is better to use 50mm boxes. Good fun.
