Update: I Am Learning More About Slic3R; I Realized That Instead Of Stopping The Print Manually That I Could Set The Top Layer To 0.... And Let The Print Finish With No Top Surface. So I Shortened The Cookie To 3.35Mm, Set Top Layer To 0 For A New Set Of Files, Labeled V2. Same End Result With Less Work On Your Part. Note, The G-Code Files Are Set For Printing Pla. I Also Added The Updated Stl File. I Made These Honeycomb-Infill Density Sample Cookies As A Visual Printing Aid For Myself. There Is A "Generic" Stl File, And 9 G-Code Files For 0.1 - 0.9 Infill Densities. I Printed With 4 Base Layers And Stopped The Prints At The End Of The 3.15Mm Height. These May Also Work With A 1-2 Top And Bottom Layer, I Just Did Not Try Printing Them That Way.
