MMU mini spool MK8.2 without Spool Holder

Description

This is a remix of "MMU mini spool MK8.2" that removes the spool holder and related mounting points. The purpose of this remix to use the excellent buffer design but with a different spool solution, in my case, an IKEA lack enclosure with the spools already mounted. https://blog.prusaprinters.org/mmu2s-printer-enclosure_30215/ This solution allows the lid of the Lack enclosure to be tilted up to service the printer without removing the spools or buffers. Modifications made here: * Boxes on body where spool holders insert were removed, and body narrowed * Body lengthened to hold more of the ejected "loop", roughly to maximum size a Prusa i3 can print with a brim * Two screw holes added to body to enable mounting to Lack/Wall. * Lid lengthened to match lengthened body * Geometry of end of lid and body changed to lock more securely (lid has additional box on end, lip on body is deeper) I included the following STLs from the source project to keep them version matched with what works with this. * Wheel, print two of them. A bearing goes in each one, the bearings that came with your original MMU buffer will fit. * Cartridge. I only included one version here. The original document has other variations for different sized PTFE connectors. * OldBaseCartridgeSupport. Print one and glue it to the bottom of the cartridge, curved end matching curved end of cartridge. This makes the entire assembly level. You could conceivably design the cartridge support into cartridge, but it would make the unit much harder to print. The bottom flat surface of the cartridge would be above the bed, and the supports and bridging would make the result rougher.
