Egg-Shaped Speaker Enclosure - 6.5" , 2-way
Description
Egg-shaped speaker enclosure. Holds a 6.5" woofer and a 1" car tweeter. This is one of my first designs, and I ran out of steam after a few failed prints. Turns out that large ABS prints aren't noob friendly. Tweeter pod is designed to fit a BZRK Audio SQ-T100. The large 6.5" chamber is split into multiple pieces for printing on midsized machines- I was using a wanhao duplicator i3, and it was too wide if I printed it in one piece. If you're lucky enough to have a larger 3D printer, you can print the "Body 1" file and ignore the 2 "large part split" files. There are holes in the design for bolting or screwing it together. there are also holes for screwing the woofer in place.
