Sculptr Delta MK2

Sculptr Delta MK2

Description

It's been a journey. I moved to a bunch of new projects and horizons since the last Sculptr release 4 years ago. I miss this amazing community so much and as life goes on I realize how much this whole experience brought to me on the professionnal level. We did some crazy stuff like a crowdfunding campaign for the Sculptr Delta MK1 launch in October 2016 and attended the Maker Faire Europe (in Rome) the same month. I made an announcement when the decision to stop the project was made back in 2017. I don't have any regrets about it because I was unable to run this project and attend university classes at the same time. At that moment I promised I would come with an updated version of the printer called the Sculptr Delta MK2 but unfortunately after attending my last Maker Faire in France (where a fully functional prototype of this new printer was exhibited) I just wanted to move on and never posted anything about it. I still receive messages from you guys to this day asking for this new version or just sending me pictures of your own Sculptr printer and I would like to sincerely thank you for everything. Your messages are so supportive and overwhelming even after 4 years of inactivity. So I decided to log back into my old Autodesk account tonight and export everything I designed 3 years ago while preparing this new model. Many things might be outdated but I hope some of you will enjoy trying to build something new. As this was a work in progress there is still a lot to do. But I'm sure that somebody will be patient enough to design missing parts or modify and update this project. I'm attaching all Fusion 360 files I could recover and leaving some 3D renderings of the assembly (without the rods and heatend support) for reference. Thanks again for your amazing support througout the years. Ottavio Link to the original Sculptr Delta: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1444028
