Sanding Block (with comfortable handle and firm grip of sandpaper)
Description
Sanding Block in regular Hand-Tool-Size Sanding block to fit 93mm wide sanding paper from the standardized sanding paper rolls. It has a really comfortable handle for medium/big-sized hands and a really tight grip on the sanding paper due to normal screws for clamping. Parts to print (orientation as in the STL-file works fine): - 1x base (depending on the variant you choose) - 1x clamping jaw front - 1x clamping jaw back - 4x screw handle There are two variants: With threaded inserts (-> base_threaded_insert.stl) Extra parts needed: - 4x M5 threaded insert (I used Ruthex threaded insert, so the hole is 6,4mm) - 4x M5x25mm hexagon head screw (DIN 933) With Nuts (-> base_nut_pocket.stl) Extra parts needed: - 4x M5 Nut (DIN 934) - 4x M5x25mm hexagon head screw (DIN 933)
