Wanhao DI3 Y-Axis Adjustment
Description
These are adjustable Y-Axis Linear rod mount blocks. I made these get the Y axis perfectly aligned with the X-Y Plane and the Y-Z Plane. I used M3x8mm(?) grub screws for the adjustment. The CUSHION piece here is printed in TPU and acts as a spring/dampener. when tightening the adjustment screw, it pushes the rod further into the TPU cushion allowing for fine adjustment. I also made some pieces that clip over some some cheap Digital Calipers that clip on to the bars to adjust the spacing between the bars, and a piece that allows the calipers to measure from the height from X-Y Plane.
