Bicycle Stand - RadStänder

Description

I got a bicycle stand from amazon ( https://www.amazon.de/SPGOOD-Fahrradstand-r/dp/B082SHP8XB/ref=pd_rhf_ee_p_img_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=75WX9A0BMPKX01M39S3D ) named SPGOOD which isn't that good at all. It has a way of dropping it's leg while riving and then the bike won't stand on it's stand. This feature is so notorious the vendor actually packages an extra leg into the delivery. Which is nice but not really a solution, I lost the first leg now and mounted the extra and when the time has come for that second leg, then what? Thus I decided to design a replacement. Print the foot with the side that has the opening for the shaft down, a flexible material is recommended. Print the shaft layed on the side that has the flat edge and the opening for the screw. Brim and support recommended. The original leg has a shaft from aluminium and a foot from some robust elastic stuff. It will be PLA for the shaft and TPU for the foot in my version. First tests seem to suggest that both parts should be printed with high infill rates to hold the weight of my bike. Or don't use PLA, it just breaks too easy. ABS may serve better for that. Or PETG. ~~I didn't mount it on my bike yet~~ but it fits and holds on the base as you can see in the pics. There may well be updates and new versions on this in the future I did, it looked cool but broke rather fast. PLA doesn't work. FreeCAD source is included so you can adapt it to your needs if you want, I just hope you'll post a remix if you do so.
