Wltoys 124019 144001 steering mod
Description

I designed a steering linkage to remove sloppy steering caused by the stock steering linkage on the 124019/144001. I used using parts I had lying around and my 3D printer. You will need: Four 4x7x2.5 (or the stock 4x7x1.8) bearings and Two M2.5x8 screws. Seems to work with both stock plastic parts and the alloy parts. Steering slop has gone! Print the main part in the strongest material you have - I assume PLA or PETG will work fine (I happen to print in PC). The TPU inner which goes on the M2.5x8 screw inside the bearings - should be printed in TPU to make it a super snug fit. I've uploaded 3 different versions of the main part - hopefully one will work with the tolerances of your printer (I used the middle one). (I'm sure there are better ways of designing this part if you had smaller bearings, but as these were what I had on hand and you may have them too if you are using them to replace the wheel bearings, this may work for you).
