I have printed out quite a few of these and a couple of the re-mixes.. The same issues cause failure after a bit of use.. the hinge has failed on a couple of the thin sections, and after while under tension the clip will hold a warp.. So to combat the hinge failure I increased the over all height by 2.5 mm to increase the hinge areas by 1.25 mm per side, and I also added a triangulated gusset to the spine of both halves to help combat warping under tension.. I am using supports set to 70* so it supports the open area in the hinge location. With a .6 nozzle This prints in about an hour.. Remember if you like what I am doing to Like as it helps your favorite designers gain exposure..
