EZOut Clip-on Mount for Wanhao i3 Plus

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2671113 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2079399. I needed a way to mount the filament runout sensor I got to the frame of my MonoPrice Maker Select Plus. I couldn't mount the sensor to the x-axis as it would increase weight and limit my z-height, so I decided to use it as a filament guide as well. I really like the clip-on design from andyshen's filament guide, so I took the mount from mvansomeren's EZOut CR-10 mount and put it on the end of the filament guide. I found that it was very wide initially, so I shrunk it as much as I could and extended it so it wouldn't get in the way of my spool holders, which are also based on andyshen's excellent filament guide.
