Anti Vibration Berd Air Mount for HevORT
Description
I didnt want the Berd-Air vibrating through my printer, so looked at ways to stop it. I fly RC Quads and thought about the mounts I use for the controller boards, Turns out they fit the job perfectly :) Just lay everything flat when you print them. Required 4x m3 flight controller dampers https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_A7nNUa 6x m3 nuts 4 x m3x8 2 x m3 x 10 Assembling 1. Fit 2 of the m3 nuts go in from the underside of the main body and the rear dampers screw into these 2. Mount the back half of the clamp to the rear main body dampers with 2 m3x8. 3. fix the other 2 dampers to the front half of the clamp with 2 m3 nuts, note they are fitted the opposite way round from the back 2. 4. mount the front half of the clamp loosely to the back half with 2 m3x10 and 2 m3 nuts 5. use 2 m3x8 to fix the front clamp to the main body 6. slot your berd air pump into the clamp 7. slightly twist the pump to raise the front of the clamp and tighten the m3x10 clamp bolts 8. there is no 8 :)
