Clock-Text with 2 alarms and 2 time zones (revision)

Original version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4655690 With this update, the Clock-Text display will have two time alarms, being able to configure them with one of the two time zones managed by the new firmware. The display is configured from a mobile phone by WiFi. The date and time information is synchronized through an NTP server, being able to show the local time, choosing between two different time zones.
