UPDATE: This does NOT work well in high winds. A moderate breeze and you're golden, but we've got gales here today and the door damn near took my face off. I mean, of course it doesn't work in high winds. Just needed to write this as a disclaimer for the hard of thinking. -- This is a very specific functional print to suit my needs. I can't imagine it will be of use to anyone else, but just in case, here it is. I work in a room with no windows but a pair of French doors. I want ventilation, but it is often too cold to have the door wide open. This design solved the issue for me by allowing me to keep one door ajar at a specific angle. Wide enough to let the air flow, but not so wide as to freeze me rigid. Also it helps to keep the doors in position when the wind gets up. It uses a multi-purpose clip to make attaching and removing the device easy. It was remixed from 3095230. Thanks, op! I've presented a couple of designs here for different opening angles. It's trivial to edit the design to suit your needs. Print in the orientation shown in the .stl file for maximum strength. This is to say: the male part laid flat on the print bed and the female part perpendicular. You probably won't need supports, but if you have an ancient printer like me you might wish to add some for the upright ring and bits of the female part.
