Thai Reach Gripper Thumb with improved pen holder and Kwawu socket
Description
This is a revision to the awesome Gripper Thumb Terminal Device that improves the pen / pencil slot by widening the notch in the fingers and adds the option to thread some stretch cord or zip tie on the notch on the side of the palm. Also we added a Kwawu bolt socket to attach to the Kwawu 2 arm socket or our Charin Socket (see links below) There are Large and Small left and right hands along with a blank version without a bolt to allow you to use Tinkercad other CAD software to add a standard bolt. Charin Socket: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628895 Kwawu 2 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2841281 We've been testing this device for almost a year on many recipients at Sirindhorn Hospital in Khon Kaen Thailand as part of the Thai Reach project and it is a great alternative to more traditional terminal devices: It's lighter, simpler and looks great. Many of our recipients prefer it to traditional terminal devices as well as the Unlimbited arm and the Kwawu 2 for ease of use and weight.
