AM8 Single Motor Z Mod

Various printable parts to convert an [AM8](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263216) to single Z motor. I am currently converting my Anet A8 into an AM8, and as I have had multiple issues in the past with the dual Z axis motors getting out of alignment, I thought to build a single motor, belt-synced, version. As there is not one available that I could find... I tried my hand. I haven't completed my AM8 yet. (I am still using the Anet to print the parts for it!) So I don't know if this will work. In theory it should only need, on top of the AM8 BOM, a few extra M5 screws and T-nuts, a couple 608 bearings, a few GT2 pulleys and idlers, and a couple of bolts to mount the idlers. Oh, and a closed loop GT2 belt! According to the dimensions in Blender, 930mm should do it. I will give specifics when I get it done, in the mean time just take a look at what [NinjaCookie](https://www.thingiverse.com/ninjacookie/designs) has on his '[Tevo Tarantula Single Motor Dual Z](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2014187)' project. Mine will be almost identical.
