Drill Press Precision Vice V-Block for drilling round stock. Block height is 24mm (15/16"), to fit most basic drill press vices. Fits up to 22mm (3/4") round stock. I've included the .step file, in case you need to customize it for your setup. Obviously, you need to print two of these. At least.
