XHandle and Hanger Plate for Resin Printer Lids

Description

This is a handle and hanger plate for resin printers with removable lids like the Elegoo Mars, Saturn, Anycubic Mono X, Anycubic Wash and Cure, etc. Basically where the machine has an acrylic lid that is fully removable. The X handle gives you finer control over the lid than a standard horizontal handle or a knob and allow you to manipulate the lid with only one hand. The hanger plate allows you to hang the lid on a hook or screw. Both of them were made to have large surface areas so instead of needing to be screwed into your lid you cover the large surface area with strong double sided tape and attach that way. These lids are made of brittle plastic so drilling would be easy to crack them. You could drill these handles and attach with screws/nuts if thats what you want. But like I said the surface areas are made for attaching securely with tape. I printed these in resin on my elegoo saturn, glued the handle and painted it, covered my plate and handle in tape and attached to both my anycubic wash and cure and elegoo saturn with tape. They've been fully secure now for more than 6 months, I've hung the lids, I only use the handles for the lids to lift them now and they've been strong! BTW make sure not to paint the surfaces that are getting taped onto the lids! Make sure you clean the printer lid and the handle/hanger with IPA and dry before tape bonding for max strength. The xhandle comes both a two pieces or as a complete unit. The two piece version is what I used. I printed in resin and used resin and a uv flashlight to glue them together. They are keyed to allow for stronger glue bond. But if you want the strongest possible handle you can print the complete one, just its a tougher print as one piece.
