Drone frame made from 3D printed parts and natural fiber composite (linen) components. Whole kit is awailable on Tindie: https://www.tindie.com/products/23038/ Kit without 3D printed parts: https://www.tindie.com/products/23128/ Specifications: Motor wheel base: 650mm diagonally Motor mounts suitable for motors: 2205, 2212, 2206, 5010 Fiber composite weight: 187g 3D printed components weight: 142g Assembled frame: 350g (with M2.5x8mm stainless hardware) Joints between composite bars and 3D printed components (that do not have predrilled holes) should be glued (super glue, minute epoxy or more environmentally friendly alternatives). We are still working on a reliable bio-degradable suggestion/solution for gluing components. Due to the good machining properties additional holes can be drilled to the drone frame to fit different accessories (like cameras, battery, ECU holders,…).
