Raspberry Pi Pico case with display, panel mounts and IO access

Raspberry Pi Pico case with display, panel mounts and IO access

Description

Inspired by Marvar's original case. Rebuilt in Fusion 360 (Files provided) - I only worked out how components work towards the end so the sketches are a bit all over, but should be fully adjustable for future remixes. I am using stackable IO headers in order to connect the Pico to other elements via GPIO pins and so needed to tweak the case for access to these. https://thepihut.com/products/stacking-header-set-for-raspberry-pi-pico The IO headers protrude from the base and cut outs were required in the insertion end to accommodate these as well as expanding the USB cut out to allow the insertion angle. Insert the board with display attached with the USB port at the top of the cut out, then shift the IO into the slots before pushing the board and display down flush. I replaced the board locating pins with a support bed and retaining lip as I couldn't get the pins to print accurately enough to fit into the board holes. I also intend on panel mounting my Pico, so I added two M3 bolt mounts with a 2mm recess on on the top mounts to allow flush mounting the case top with a 2mm metal panel. There is an M3 nut receptacle in the bottom of each mount.
