Status: Work In Progress... ----------------- I Have Not Tested It Yet. I Will Try V2 The Next Time I Disassemble My Extruder. If You Get There First And Have Feedback I'D Love To Hear It. I Have Printed V2 And Think It Is A Little Flimsy. I Will Think About Widening It, Or Making It Slightly Thicker. (I Want To Stay Below 2Mm). I'Ll Update This Intro As I Progress. Description: --------------- This Is Intended To Be A Gasket Between The Fan And Heat Sink On The Qu-Bd Extruder. I Have Broken 3 Fans In The Removal/Reattach Process. I Believe The Bolts Are Putting Too Much Stress On The Plastic Fan Against The Heat Sink Fins. In An Attempt To Spread This Force I Cut My First Gasket From A Scrap Print And It Has Been Working Great. No More Cracked Fans Since. This Is Intended To Be A Replacement For That First Gasket. I Added A Shroud To Limit The Air Flow To The Upper Part Of The Heat Sink. (I'Ll See If This Increases Noise, I Don'T Expect Any Performance Change...) The _V2 Increased The Bolt Holes From 3Mm To 4Mm.
