E3V2 Z-mounted Raspberry Pi IR Cam for Ender3 V2
Description
Update 16.09.2021: I added a long arm wich you can now use with mounted BLTouch. This is a REMIX of a beautiful Z-monted Raspberry Pi Cam. I only made the arm even longer (about 10cm) and added 3 square holes in the back of the housing for some heatsinks. The heatsinks i am using: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0881RMKXV?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=spassb-21&linkId=acd8100849273bf9e87b47382083e051&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl The camera i am using: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B071718FDK?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=spassb-21&linkId=dd6ae788e1890da9d052630ba2333cd8&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl if you need longer FFC cable: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07G8VQ3QN?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=spassb-21&linkId=129d71e60fda3a36d64f804872527cdd&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl So now have fun printing this. I printed this an my Ender3 V2 with Gold PLA from CR-3D (www.cr3d.de) and i used Cura for slicing. NOTE: Maybe it is a bit tricky to print the ballhead of the housing, so just slow down your printer or use a costum support for this. For printing the arm you have to lay it down on the flat side (upside down) Always check if the files touch the bed in your slicer. Maybe you have to set Z to -0,01mm. UPDATE: I changed the design of the arm so it has mor stability. Update 07.04.2021: Added the short Arm for those who like it short ;)
