2-10mm Hole Size Gauge
Description
I got tired of trying to figure out how accurate to make my holes and adjusting for flaws in my printer so I made these to reliably reproduce hole sizes without worrying about thermal expansion/contraction, printer accuracy, blah blah blah. Now if I need to make a hole, instead of measuring the object going in, I just plug it into these gauges to show me what dimension to design it to. Each gauge has 5 holes... X.0 X.2 X.4 X.6 X.8 Example, the first hole on the 4 tag is 4.0mm in software. Example, the 3rd hole on the 7 tag is 7.4mm in software.
