Print in Place Gear Differential
Description
https://youtu.be/4wGtExAbMFs This is an experiment, and possibly part of a future project. This is a fully assembled, printed in place gear differential system. NO ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED...however you might need to cut a couple tiny bits off. Setup: -look at images for reference on correct bed orientation -supports: no -brim: optional - it depends on your bed adhesion -layer: 0.2mm Works with PLA, but will perform better with PETG Post print: -Depending on your filament, you may need to cut some parts loose. Look at the images for reference. -You may also want to have some sticks around to help twist the gears loose. I like to use popsicle sticks (ice cream 4 life!) Good luck.
