Semi-automatic bed leveling 200*200 (and other bed sizes)

***EDIT*** 31/03/2021: Added other bed sizes: - Version for bed 220*220 and 8bit HW - Version for bed 230*230 and 8bit HW - Version for bed 250*250 and 8bit HW - Version for bed 300*300 and 8bit HW ************* Version for bed 200*200 and 8bit HW. This is a simple GCODE to be inserted into the SD and launched as a common print. Practically it first probes the central part of the bed, in order to fix the z-offset (limit switch) well, then click on the display knob and it will pass through the 4 corners in order to fix the springs.
