improved knob with turnhandle for z-axis
Description
I redesigned the knob from scratch and added some small enhancements like filleted top and bottom, a nut-holder for the turn handle screw and improved design of the compression fitting to be more robust. Otherwise very alike the original. update 07/04/2012: edited the design slightly to be more resilient to tight fastening even with low layer cohesion.
