TTGO T-Display Case with header space
Description
This case is designed to fit the TTGO T-Display or similar HiLetgo microcontroller modules with 1.14 inch LCD screens. The design is similar to my other TTGO T-Display cases but has room for male headers or wiring soldered to the board. For an enclosed version designed for female headers so the entire module can be plugged onto a male header base, see this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4854469 The case is the same size as the largest original case (852540), but the battery divider has been removed, and the region around the reset button has been improved to allow tilting while inserting without jamming on the reset button. Because the battery divider has been removed, more care should be taken to ensure that no metal contacts the circuitry on the bottom of the board. With headers soldered to the board, there is still room for a small battery like the 401730 150mAh LiPo available on Amazon: EEEMB 3.7V Lipo Battery 150mAh 401730 Lithium Polymer ion Battery with Molex Connector UN38.3 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08215WQMQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_Z7CKHPKRQXRCK4EV4HRP The case also has a more secure cap on the USB port end, with holes for locking pins (included in the print) or screws-- M2 x 4 as in this kit: Hilitchi 500-Piece M2 M3 Hex Socket Button Head Cap Bolts Screws Nuts Assortment Kit (Button Head) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074FWP9HB/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_JXYFHXW6E7V0KFVFRWXW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 My original TTGO T-Display cases (more battery options but no space for headers/wiring) are here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4183337 EDIT 2021/04/25: manually retriangulated cap. Original would slice OK and would pass STL checks, but the original had a poly that would render badly and could confuse some slicers.
