TBS Sourceone v4 BN880 + SMA mount (parametric)

Description

This is a BN-880 mount for the sourceone v4, designed to be printed with TPU *without supports*. You can edit the design in Onshape at the link below, it is parameterized and should work with most frames when you change the standoff diameter and standoff width. You can also make the arm longer by adjusting the offset. Other changes can be made as well, the parameterization is not perfect but with some fiddling you should be able to customize it to have it exactly how you want. (It might not work as well for other GPS sizes though, as the arm's width is restricted by the smaller of GPS width and standoff width.) https://cad.onshape.com/documents/b287104b7aced6acb2dc09eb/w/c76a1682835dcb2d08fe27c4/e/5229f9a22627a7e98e306fa6 The BN880 is quite nice as it has a large antenna, frequently having a fix on more than 20 satellites for me, and it has an integrated compass for use with INAV (you'll still need a baro, for example on your flight controller). Print in TPU with .2-.3mm layer height. I have to print my Sovol TPU at 225*C as layer adhesion is not so good at 220*C. It should be relatively easy to print without supports. There is a small bridge that forms the SMA mount, this might be a bit tricky but should work. I crashed it a lot and it's still holding up.
