Simple 2 part mold for silicone casting of a pour spout cap! Just print, clean and cast! No support needed - 0.15 mm layer hight should do the trick The shafts that are used as guides are 8 mm diameter and the lenght should be enough to let you do the assembly (40 - 60 mm - 2 inches) If you don´t know how to cast here are some tips: 1 Always clean your mold from dust and if it's too rough, sand it a little (easier to demold and better finish) 2 Apply demolding agent and if you don't have any, use plenty mineral oil 3 Mix the components in the ratio that you're supposed to. 4 Let the thing cure!!! Don't you go all anxious before time, you'll ruin the poor thing. Please read this. My gf and I are struggling to be able to build a small house to live in. Los ejes que se utilizan como guías son de 8 mm de diámetro y la longitud debe ser suficiente para permitirle hacer el montaje (40 - 60 mm - 2 pulgadas) Si no sabes cómo hacer el moldeo, aquí tienes algunos consejos: 1 Limpia siempre tu molde del polvo y si es demasiado áspero lijalo un poco (más fácil de desmoldar y mejor acabado) 2 Aplique agente desmoldeante y si no tiene, use abundante aceite mineral (vaselina). 3 Mezcle los componentes en la proporción que se supone que debe hacer. 4 ¡¡¡Deja que la cosa se cure !!! No te pongas ansioso antes de tiempo, arruinarás al pobrecito. Por favor lee esto. Mi novia y yo estamos luchando para poder construir una pequeña casa para vivir. Ambos tenemos trabajos, pero los dos salarios combinados no alcanzan ni se acercan. Si su situación se lo permite, considera una propina.
