4,2" Epaper Display Gehäuse für Homematic ASKSIN++

Description

Inspiriert durch [Asselhead's 7,5" Gehäuse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4725471) habe ich mir überlegt, eine 4,2" Version zu erstellen. Hintergrund ist, dass das AskSin++ [ePaper Projekt von jp112sdl](https://github.com/jp112sdl/HB-Dis-EP-42BW/tree/master/PCB) mit dem kleineren Format angefangen hat und ich bereits passende Vorlagen für die Anzeige in der Homematic habe. Die Idee eines sehr Flachen ePaper Displays für die Wandmontage fande ich sehr reizvoll. Ich nutze die Geräte nur als Anzeige und habe die Option für Taster entfernt. Im Grunde sind die vorgeschlagenen Komponenten von Asselhead gleich geblieben. Hinweise: - Das Flachbandkabel ist sehr kurz, deswegen Paltine und Display verbinden, dann erst die Komponenten fixieren. - Die Stifte zwischen Vorderseite und Basis haben gewollt Untermaß. Zusammenstecken und dann von hinten Körnen. Körner oder großer Schraubendreher + Hammer. - Akku und Laderegeler haben einen Unterspannungsschutz, daher ist die Messung auf dem Board nicht zwingend notwendig/ sinnvoll (babbling Idiot). - Leider konnte ich nicht herausfinden, welche Steckverbindung der Akku hat, sonst hätte ich diese trennbar gemacht. Das direkte verlöten finde ich suboptimal. Mein Dank geht an die fähigen Entwickler und Bastler, die rund um [AskSin++](https://asksinpp.de/) Hardware und Software entwerfen. The background is that [jp112sdl's AskSin++ ePaper](https://github.com/jp112sdl/HB-Dis-EP-42BW/tree/master/PCB) project started with the smaller format and I already have suitable templates for the display in the Homematic. I found the idea of a very flat ePaper display for wall mounting very appealing. I use the devices only as display and removed the option for buttons. Basically the proposed components from Asselhead are the same. Notes: - The ribbon cable is very short, therefore connect paltine and display, then fix the components first. - The pins between front and base are intentionally undersized. Plug together and then center punch from behind. Center punch or large screwdriver + hammer. - Battery and charge controller have undervoltage protection, so measuring on the board is not mandatory/useful (babbling idiot). - Unfortunately, I could not find out which connector the battery has, otherwise I would have made them separable.
