**Please comment on here and let me know how it works out. It will help me improve and provide to this community. I put a lot of thought into these, even the miniscule details and i hope it reflects in my descriptions. My goal is to make things functional and easy to print. Throw up some pics, it makes my day :)** I never really liked how exposed the fragile arms are and how hard it is to do a neat job getting foam pads on the small width arms. So this is my solution :) Made with the intent of running slammed ducts, but the original duct design will work too it you trim it a little. I made it a bit of a tight fit intentionally because I want it to still be tight when pressed on. The sides that run along the arms will flex as you push, the rectangle relief I've designed helps encourage the flexing and also reduces the overall weight a tad. At .2mm layer height I'd suggest printing with 4 perimeters so that the feet flex with 'the grain' of the print resulting in something more robust and compliant. **PRINT ON ITS SIDE WITH SUPPORTS ON THE BED ONLY, ALLOW THE OVERHANGS TO BRIDGE. 100% INFILL IS OK** If fitting is a struggle, it could be a few things: Your TPU isn't as flexible as mine, I only run Sainsmart TPU and if you haven't you need to try it. It could also be that your extrusion isn't set up properly. If the issue persists scale the model up 1-2% there should be some leeway there.
