Micro Sanding Block

Micro Sanding Block

Description

<html lang="en"> <body> <a href="https://patreon.com/skor3d">Patreon</a> </body> </html> I'm new to the 3D printing world. However, I know enough to be dangerous. There is allot of over designing going on. Everyday I see a massive sanding stick, brick, or block on the front page. Allot of legends have done the heavy lifting, you just have to seek it out. The difficulty in finding an adequately shaped small one forced me to create this. Anyway, this design developed from Remvs openSCAD which is a MASTERPIECE. However, I had to make a few tweaks after the fact to ensure a great print. This is my go to tool for post processing all my 3D mechanical parts, 320 grit, if you're curious. The design can fit into most tight nooks and crannies while still having enough surface area to remove allot of material at once. This sander has saved me several reprints. I try and design everything with a quick print in mind, this thing hangs around one hour and fifteen minutes. If it helped you, the only way it can help another person is to interact with this post. Remvs' original post is shamefully unnoticed.
