Gibson Les Paul 1952 Tailpiece
Description
Up until the 1950s, all jazz guitars had an ebony or rosewood bridge, while the strings were attached to a so-called trapezoid metal tailpiece. The first Gibson Les Paul models from 1952 also had such a trapezoidal tailpiece. A simple steel wire hanger held a cross bar through which the strings were threaded. https://www.gitarrebass.de/equipment/gitarrenstege-und-saitenhalter/ I love the parametric feature a lot. :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXoRAYv1wHQ
