Standalone Graphics Card/Mining riser holder, Linkable and easy to attach to surfaces!
Description
Hello all, today I have for you a standalone cryptocurrency riser stand for a graphics card using a 006c or 009s Riser. These brackets are made to hold up a graphics card and its riser securely, with holes for M3 bolts to be able to be bolted down to any suitable surface. These brackets are "linkable", although it is not recommended for standard usage with normal cards, mine are water-cooled and therefore can afford the constrained space. Printed with 40% infill, at 200% speed (at printer knob), .28 layer height, no supports, and 4 walls yield a print time of 4-5 hours on my Ender 3 using Esun PLA+, 218c for hot-end, 60C for bed, these come out super rigid and ready to use The riser holder was made by Ammarcoux on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3536412), i simply modified it to securely hold a card in place while also reinforcing the mount and adding screw points, so that you may be able to easily drill them into wood or another material and put together a quick rig. Used tinkercad for the editing, im no 3D modeler, but it worked out good enough. Feel free to do whatever you want with this bracket, sell it, modify it, whatever you may like, at the discretion of Ammarcoux of course, as it would not be here without him. used the 009s bracket version from the original files which also fits the 006c risers, as long as the dimensions are the same, and you remove the sticky foam backing off the riser of course. There are 3 versions of the bracket I modified, the first being the standard one that is "linkable", the next being the "Slim" version which is less material and faster to print, while also being shorter for smaller print beds, but I've never printed it, and a lazy "triple" slot version. The main bracket has gone under 7 revisions but there's obviously still room for improvement. Put a comment if you'd like any changes or additions to be made, or have any questions, or any concerns.
