Supermicro 2.5" to 3.5" hotswap adapter

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4353094 had a good idea but didn't fit my method of construction. Two of the holes were also off by 1mm (ones closest to the breathing hole of the hotswap tray). I added witness holes for easier mounting of the side screws. Bridge should be fairly easy to print on 0.2mm.
