DIY direct heat BGA reballing jig
Description
This is a self designed cheap but really useful direct heat stencil reballing jig for those who are soldering/reballing BGA chips on a regular bases. It consist of pretty basic components for those who are inside 3D printing. Required components: - 2 x 8mm linear rod - 1 x TR8 nut - 1 x TR8 lead screw - 2 x linear bearing LM8UU - 1 x 608RS bearing - 2 x 1,6mm diameter spring steel rod - M3 screws for fixation - A base plate which tolerates heat
