Tronxy Z-Sync pointer for easy synchronization FreeCAD

Description

Z-Sync & Pointer Tronxy X5S with FreeCAD file It took me a long time to think about the Z-Sync problem and the issue with the first Layer of the printing. There are many solutions proposed like Z-Stop and Z-axis sync belt. Unfortunately each solution has its advantage and disadvantage. The main disadvantage of them are (Z-Stop) accuracy, laborious; (Z-sync Belt) a free running Belt with the challenge of tension it and the force of the belt to the bearings. My solution should be simple and work. I use a pointer mountable at the clutch of the stepper motor. It can be manually synced to the long M3 screw fixed at the stepper motor. Some calculations: 1Turn = 8mm height -> 0,1mm = 4,5° Synchronization with the finger is much better. Unfortunately I found out that the config file of the tronxy has failures refered to the autoleveling function. The original configuration has a difference between sensing point and nozzle at about 50-60mm. Autoleveling only works with an even plate :-( . I described the failure in the Part below also with suggested configfile.gcode uploaded: TronxyX5SApro Holder Capacitiv Sensor LJC18A3-B-Z/BX to original cover. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4817851 Mounting: - Sync the bed with Z-stop. - go to Home position. - mount the pointer with position to the screw on both sides. - Sync the pointers with fingers. - Run Autolevel function and level the hotbed. Usage: - Sync the hotbed with the fingers. Be shure bed failure will not exceed the 360°tun of 8mm. - Start auto level or the print. Additional Parts: 4* M3 x10mm 2* M3 x 30mm or longer Suggested Autolevel parameter: Parameters are for 330mmx330mm hotbed. ; The second zeroing speed when Z is zeroing, the speed is slower M8016 I4 ; ================================== ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Number of leveling points, ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;The first three parameters are automatically leveled M8036 X-40 Y-12; The first point represents the XY offset of the sensor from the extrusion nozzle, M8036 X30 Y30; the second point represents the minimum position of the point M8036 X270 Y300; the third point represents the maximum position of the point ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;The last four are the positions of manual leveling M8036 X20 Y300; rear left M8036 X270 Y300; rear right M8036 X20 Y30; left front M8036 X270 Y30; right front If you want to honor the effort and you want to make a donation to me https://paypal.me/MakeDE If you have some comments or you have a make don't hesitate to post it.
