Mosquito & Mellow NF Crazy hotend mount for Prusa MK3S+ with better fan shroud

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4822741 works great for the MK3s, but I needed one for MK3S+ for use with the MMU2s. https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/49947-prusa-i3-mk3s-mosquito-hotend-upgrade looked great but l didn't like the mount for the hotend. By combining both together I remixed a hotend mount that is compatible with the MMU2s. I also like the fan shroud better on the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4822741 then others I have found on Thingverse and other sites.
