Raspberry Pi 7 Inch TFT Touchscreen Enclosure (Remixed)
Description
I was searching for a good looking case for my Raspberry Pi 4 and my 7 inch TFT touch screen. I wanted to modify my Creality Ender 5 to use this touchscreen together with Octoprint and without the standard LCD display and controller. (See video!) So I searched and I found nothing, that fits my needs. So I simply modified this one from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2814678 Thanks to lewdfinger for his initial version! This thing contains three different enclosure bodies. One for two fans on the sides, one for only one fan at the bottom and one without fans. There is nothing that holds the raspberry, since this can be mounted to the touchscreen itself. As you can see, you can place it on the table with the feets or you can mount it directly to your printer with some alu profile. Together with Octoscreen and Octoprint, this replaces the out of the box LCD Controller completely and I was able to remove that completely from both printers. I then used it also for my Ender 3. :-)
