Stock K40 Blower Fan 4" Duct Case Retrofit

Have you struggled to make use of the cheap stock fan that comes with most K40 laser packages? Don't throw it away! Make us of it! This design uses the motor, fan, and capacitor/power cord from the stock blower fan and puts it in a new housing that adapts with standard 4" dryer duct adapters such as the excellent POWERTEC 70150 Rectangular Dust Hood for 4-Inch Hose. This increases airflow and with the optional filter tray gives you the ability to add activated charcoal which will remove at least some of the fumes created by your machine.
