Ksc75 slim Headband
Description
I decided to design this headband for the ksc's because it was too expensive for me to get the parts express one which would probably just break soon anyway. This band is designed to clip onto the drivers like the earclips they come with, it just requires some prep to put everything together. - You want to print 2 of the "Housing" parts - 4 of the "Nub" parts - 1 headband - 1 left and 1 right cap The nubs need to be super glued into the slots in the housing so that the hole on each nub is facing each other and visable. (as pictured) you may need to press them fairly firmly to get them into place. The headband should just be friction fit into the large openings on each of the housings, but you can use glue if they dont stay in place. I would advise against it though just incase you want to adjust the sizing of the headband later. The headband is sort of "1 size fits all" as most of the fit comes from the force of it pushing onto your ears over it resting on top of your head. If you dislike this feeling you or have a larger head, you can extend the headband legs in fusion 360 or print a custom headband for yourself that fits into the slots in the same way. Legs that are more spread apart will have less of a clamping feeling but more of a top of head feeling. using a heatgun to reshape the headband could work aswell. Hope you enjoy these as much as i do!
