One more K40 air assist nozzle
Description
Yet another air assist nozzle with support for red dot. Support included in the project, no additional support required during printing. Nozzle is without any hole - this is created to avoid beam misalignment problems. There is only less than milimeter layer of plastic, after mounting just "shot" a laser for a moment, and there will be a hole, ideally inline with beam :) - Diameter of head: 26mm. - Diameter of Reddot laser: 12mm - Diameter of air pipe: 6mm Red dot laser has a fixed position, which is ok for focus length 50.4mm. Screw M4x12 with nut needed for fix. Important is to remove metal outlet (or cut, but I recommend just to dismount, it is useless) from inside of K40 and black metal ankle covering the X axle - more space for head with reddot is needed. WARNING: this is a plastic nozzle, plastic and laser beam do not make a good pair. Remember, ALWAYS use air assist during cutting/engraving with this nozzle. Without air assist plastic nozzle may catch fire and burn your engraver, hobby room, whole house... PS: never leave the engraving machine unattended while it is running. With or without air assist.
