Logitech MX Ergo trackball mount on VNM H-Shifter

WORK IN PROGRESS I have a VNM H-pattern shifter, and a Logitech trackball on my simrig. I used the shifter's backplate to create a mount that would fit my motion rig. Pretty specific usage, but sharing f3d in case you want to modify. I used the Logitech MX Ergo design (thanks!). Added a modification to insert a 30mm x 19mm x 2.4mm metal plate so I did not have to add glue or anything else.
