Description
The fume extractor allows to place a 10 mm thick carbon filter. Adjustable angel and height. INSTRUCTIONS: - To mount the bracket to the base, threads can be created in the base by self tapping using a M4 bolt. - Cut the active carbon filter to 95 x 92 mm - Place the active carbon filter in the 'filter holder'. - The 4 clearance holes in the corners of the 'filter holder' now can be used as guidance to drill clearance holes in the filter as well. - Now the fan case can be mounted by inserting the M4 bolts through the filter and filter holder. - The rocker switch can be press fitted into the mounting panel. - The barrel jack can be secured into the mounting panel using hot glue. - My printer has a negative tolerance for holes of 0.25. To compensate, all holes are modelled 0.25 mm bigger. Required - 2 x M4x10 bolts - 4 x M4x12 bolts - 2 x M4x20 bolts - General panel mount rock switch ( 18.5 x 13 mm base ) - General through hole barrel jack connector ( 9 x 11 base ) Feel free to adjust or modify. Suggestions are welcome as well.
